“Dinner” by Brian and Steve
Today while I was out I fetched ingredients from the Cleveland Food Co-op to make Sweet Chili Lime Tofu with Wok-Steamed Collards and Quinoa, which is a recipe I had been saving from VeganYumYum for a SPECIAL DAY. Is today a Special Day, you ask? No, Actually. I guess I really just meant for any day during which I should feel compelled to go shopping..
Anyway, I learned that quinoa rules. And I realized that I shuold have gotten cinnamon sticks a long time ago. mmmmm… So, without further ado, pictures!
